Sisters ‘at heart’
Péronne and Isis met in 2002 and gradually developed an intensive friendship, which over the years has turned into a substantially felt kinship. They have experienced and experienced many highs and lows and experienced each other and got to know each other as they know themselves deeply.
The relationship they have entered into with each other in life and work has proved to be a meaningful encounter and created opportunities that they alone would not achieve. They have gradually come to realize that not only do they need each other and are needed for each other, but that every woman needs one or more other important women and that women are needed ‘as sisters’ for the world.
