Women's workplace

“If we can open up a little bit more to each other and share our stories, our real stories, that’s what breaks down barriers. Be vulnerable. Dare to be vulnerable.” Michele Obama, Becoming

From the stories of women we have spoken, there was always the lack of places in their own environment where they can come together on the basis of equality & respect, to be able to tell and share what is going on in, middle and round them in everyday life.

The purpose of this women’s workshop is to create that place and context where women can come to each other’s company on stories.

Coming to the story is……

Imaginary sitting around a fire and telling each other ‘what matters to you’ without having to make anything else out of it; to be seen and heard for who you are for.  It is also becoming curious again and exploring the ‘pearl in pain’, which can make a crisis seen as an opportunity and opening to a new situation that gives meaning to what is going on in your life.

This can be done if the other person is listened to, the other person is close and if the right questions are asked. That’s the key that can open the door. A gate that leads to a deeper layer within yourself where you can experience a coherence again in the right company. Reconnection and engagement rather than loneliness and segregation. The facts don’t change, but you do change your view of them, which makes what you’re suffering from become more bearable and you can relate to those facts differently.

The workshop

We work with small groups of women, both in solid and continuous form. The meetings take place online or physically, depending on your wishes and the covid measures in force. There are no costs associated with participation. For more information see our calendar.
